How to Get Involved

The Park Place Civic League is a diverse and inclusive space that enthusiastically welcomes people of all colors, creeds, ages, sexual orientations, gender identities, backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and perspectives.

General Formal and Collaborative Workshop meetings are held on the first Monday of each month, 6:30-8:00pm,  unless rescheduled due to a holiday. Meetings are typically at the Park Place Community Center in the multipurpose room. Committee meetings are scheduled by each committee.

We encourage residents to become a member of the Park Place Civic League and sign up for a committee during the registration process. Before registering, you can learn about the committees. Each committee typically meets monthly, where specific issues are worked on to fulfill the Park Place Civic League's Vision and Objective and do it's part to carry out the Vision and Engagement Plan (neighborhood strategic plan).
